Suggested use

Directions for ages 12+ years: Take one capsule daily. Continued use is suggested.

When traveling, take one capsule daily before and during the trip.

During antibiotic use, take one capsule daily and continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and colors (titanium dioxide, fd&c red #40, fd&c blue #1).
