Suggested use

Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Take on empty stomach, approx. 30 min before a meal. Adults: 4 tsp. (20 mL) once daily.

In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.Liquid iron may cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be taken as an alternative to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To prevent the contents from spoiling, once opened close the bottle after every use, store upright in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks. Store unopened bottle upright in a cool, dry place (41-77 ºF).
