Suggested use

Always read the label, use only as directed. Remove applicator from box, do not use if tamper evident tab is broken. Hold applicator narrow end facing upwards, twist off the tab and discard. Gently insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end 2-3 times to deposit Conceive Plus into the vaginal cavity. Remove while continuing to squeeze the bulb end and discard. Can be applied up to 15 minutes before sexual activity to allow the lubricant to coat the vagina and cervix. For additional moisture, use the multi-use tube or another applicator.Clinical use: Conceive Plus can also be used to lubricate vaginal tissues to facilitate entry of diagnostic or therapeutic devices being placed into the vaginal cavity. This product is not sterile and should not be used when sterile product is required. Apply desired amount to instrument and/or genital area prior to insertion.

Water, hypromellose, sodium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, glycerol, methylparaben.

Warnings

Single use applicators, do not store or reuse. Not a contraceptive, Conceive Plus does not kill sperm or interfere with sperm function. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor if it persists. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after expiration date. Conceive Plus is very slippery, clean spills immediately. Consult your physician if you have not become pregnant after 6 months of using this product. This product is not designed for home insemination procedures. No data is available on the ability of this product to positively affect conception. Store between 36ºF – 86ºF / 2℃ – 30℃ in this carton.
