Suggested use

Take 3 VegCaps with 8 ounces of water or juice. It is important to drink additional liquid throughout the day, preferably 6 to 8 glasses of water. Take at least one half hour before or 2 hours after a meal. For optimum results, use daily. Use only as directed. Digestive Clenz can be used twice daily for the first week of each month.
