Suggested use

Adults/Children 4 and over: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) orally three times daily.Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) daily, slowly working up to the recommended usage.Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs. Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. No refrigeration needed.
