Blueberry-Hemp Smoothie1 banana (sliced and frozen) 1 cup blueberries (frozen) 1/2 avocado 1 tbsp hemp protein 1 cup filtered water 1 Medjool date Slice banana into 1 inch pieces and place onto a tray. Freeze overnight. Add filtered water to a high-speed blender, then carefully spoon hemp protein into the water.
