Suggested use

Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided. Take on empty stomach, approx. 30 min before a meal. Adults and children from 12 years: 2 tsp. (10 mL) twice daily. Children 4-11 years: 2 tsp. (10 mL) once daily. Liquid iron may cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.

Grape juice concentrate, pear juice concentrate, black currant juice, water, cherry juice concentrate, blackberry juice concentrate, rose hip juice concentrate, l-ascorbic acid and carrot juice concentrate.This product does not contain alcohol or chemical preservatives. 

Warnings

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be taken as an alternative to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To prevent the contents from spoiling, once opened close the bottle after every use, store upright in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks. Store unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (41-77 ºF).
