Log your BBT temperature manually each day into the Premom APP for ovulation prediction.Digital Basal Thermometer Operating Instructions: 1. Press Power Button to Turn On. 2. 188.88°F appears and initial beep sounds, followed by Lo (first use) or recent temp (non-first use). Next, calibration temp of 97.70ºF-99.50ºF (36.50℃-37.50℃) shows. When “OF” or “℃” starts flashing with Lo on display, thermometer is then ready for use. 3. Place device sensor tip under tongue with closed mouth 4. Degree sign flashes throughout until alarm beeps & measurement displays. The average measuring time is 60 seconds. 5. Press Power Button to Turn off unit.
