Suggested use

Water, vegetarian soft-gel capsule (roasted starch, glycerin, food-grade carrageenan from red seaweed and class 1 natural caramel color), safflower oil, glycerin ester, seaweed powder (Lithothamnion calcareum), molasses‡, Japanese cane and beet sugars‡, xylo-oligosaccharides‡, vegetable protein (from fermented soy)‡, and vitamin E (as a preservative) Contains soy. Does not contain milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), peanuts, or sesame seeds. ‡These ingredients form the fermentation base which is broken down and converted to postbiotic nutrients during the multi-year fermentation process.
