Suggested use

Combine 1 serving of PURPLE WRAATH™ with 10-20 fl oz. of water, and consume it during the workout. Shake well before drinking. PURPLE WRAATH™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
